Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Krafter Store, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and hassle-free. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. 5-Day Exchange Policy

We offer a 5-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are accepted only for the following reasons:

* Size issue

* Wrong product received

* Damaged product received

We do not offer returns or refunds for regular orders. We provide exchanges only, unless a refund is specifically mentioned as applicable to a selected product.

Free Exchange

* One exchange per order is free of charge.

* Any additional exchange request will be charged ₹150 per slipper.

2. Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

* The product must be unused and unwashed.

* The product must be in its original condition.

* Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

* Products without original tags may not be accepted.

* The exchange request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

* Customized products are not eligible for exchange.

* Exchange availability may vary by product. Please check the product page for eligibility before placing your order.

Krafter Store reserves the right to approve or reject an exchange request after verification.

3. How to Request an Exchange

You can raise your exchange request through either of the following methods:

4. Pickup & Self-Shipping

Where pickup service is available, the product will be collected from your delivery address.

If pickup service is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product to our designated address.

Any applicable shipping or exchange charges will depend on the reason for exchange and the circumstances of the case.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

* Cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched.

* Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

* Once an order has been dispatched, you may only request an exchange if the order/product is eligible under our exchange policy.

6. Refund Policy

Krafter Store follows a No Return & No Refund policy for regular orders.

Refunds will only be provided where specifically applicable to a selected product or particular case.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 24–48 hours after the applicable verification/pickup process is completed. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment method or bank.

* Products that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or altered may not be eligible.

* Krafter Store reserves the right to approve, reject, or modify an exchange request after inspection and verification.
